Western Culinary Institute offers culinary training courses at its campus in downtown Portland, Oregon with courses designed around the school's partnership with world renowned Le Cordon Bleu of Paris, France.

Western Culinary Institute offers a full spectrum of culinary education combining the history and teachings of the world-renown Le Cordon Bleu School with a challenging and comprehensive curriculum. Offered since 1983. Accredited by American Culinary Federation Accrediting Commission. Program calendar is divided into six-week cycles.

Special Programs

6-week internship required at U.S. or international location, culinary competitions, 10-day culinary tour in Europe.
