Western Culinary Institute offers a full spectrum of culinary education combining the history and teachings of the world-renown Le Cordon Bleu School with a challenging and comprehensive curriculum. Offered since 1983. Accredited by American Culinary Federation Accrediting Commission. Program calendar is divided into six-week cycles.
Special Programs
6-week internship required at U.S. or international location, culinary competitions, 10-day culinary tour in Europe.
