The Dental Assisting Program was started in January, 1979 and now holds American Dental Association Accreditation. Berdan was accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Career College Association in April, 1981.
The Medical Assisting Program received full accreditation from the American Medical Association in conjunction with The American Association of Medical Assistants in October, 1989.
Financial AidStudents attending Berdan Institute may be eligible to receive loans or grants through one or more financial aid programs. Although every student may apply for financial aid, the amount and type that may be available will be dependent upon the financial need of the student. Berdan Institute uses nationally standardized procedures for determining the financial need of each student.
